After the Shiva when the rest of the world resumes their everyday lives and the widows and orphans start facing the real challenges of their new lives, Zeh LaZeh ensures that widows and their families receive adequate food and medical care, emotional support as well as taking care of the immediate bills that have to be paid and other emergency assistance.

After the initial stage of about two to three weeks, the Zeh LaZeh assessment team will come in and see what is needed to continue their day to day life: including household help, financial assistance and ensuring smooth running of the home complete with regular nutritious meals and clean laundry in the drawers.
